Biggest Lego model ever built!

Hellego! Lego has recently made the biggest Lego model ever built!

It is a 1:1 scale replica of the Star Wars X-Wing. They made this to not only make the biggest Lego model ever, but to promote the Lego Yoda Chronicles that will come out soon. All the bricks are supported by a metal structure inside the model. The total number of bricks used is 5,335,200 bricks! It took four months to build and 32 Lego designers participated in it. It weighs 45,980 pounds / 20,865 kilograms, it's 11 feet / 3.35 meters high, 43 feet / 13.1 meters long and the wingspan is 44 feet / 13.44 meters.

It was revealed at New York's Time Square and stayed there for the weekend. Now they are going to fly it to Legoland California where people will be able to go see it this summer.

I think it is an amazing model and Lego did an awesome job! Lego Minecraft Micro World Review

Hellego! Today I have a very special set! It is the Lego Minecraft Micro World! I am a huge fan of Minecraft so you can imagine how excited I was when I got it!

Since this was such a special set, I took pictures of different aspects while opening the set. The pictures are not as professional, but I would really like to share them with you.

First off, here is the sealed box before I opened it

Next, here are two pictures I took with all the bags and instructions all compact inside the box before I took it all out. When I first received the box, I was really surprised at how heavy it was. It was full just to the edge. Right away, you can tell it was well worth the cost which is 35$ to 45$, depending where you buy it.

In total there were six bags full of bricks. Here is a picture with everything that was inside the box

So now, here is the review of this awesome set!

I hope you enjoyed the review! Again, I totally recommend it. Please comment and share this post. Also, please do not forget to subscribe to my blog! All the different ways are at the top of the side bar. Finally, under the Google+ badge, you can see all the other CD Lego Blog sites. Have a great day!
